Pay more attention

I was sitting in the bus the other day on my way home. And you know how you're just sitting there with your iPod on, looking through the glass...I spotted some graffiti on a bridge. 'Believe yourself' it was tagged. The graffiti itself was not even near artistic, it was actually really messy and simple. No bright colours or patterns, just written. Somehow I found myself staring at it and it made me smile. Then I realised it was such a nice thought, to think someone tagged it because that person might have been feeling like that at that very moment, or perhaps feeling really pessimistic...and that person knows that sooner or later someone is going to read what he/she has just put on that bridge.

I love how sometimes you're just walking on the street and you come across inspirational phrases.

Imagine you're having a bad day, you just got fired, your girlfriend broke up with you, you're failing a class, anything that's bothering you...and then you read something like that. Sometimes you just need someone to tell you that. It's so sincere. It's so comforting. A random individual telling you not to worry so much, that everything's going to be fine.
